Asheville breakfast usually means a long line and a 30-minute wait. We keep the whole menu running from open to close, so 8:15am and 2:15pm get the same plate: two farm-fresh eggs, bacon or sausage, crispy potatoes and thick-cut sourdough — or the Million Dollar Waffle if you came hungry.
