An 8am start, a full coffee bar, no rush

Downtown Asheville wakes up slowly. Brü doesn't — we're open at 8:00am seven days a week with espresso pulled in house and the whole kitchen running. Start with The Brü Plate (two farm eggs, bacon or sausage, crispy potatoes, sourdough) or the Challah French Toast, and take your time.

Heading out to the Parkway or the Biltmore Estate? Order ahead through Toast and grab a breakfast wrap and a cold brew on the way through. Staying downtown? Sit at the bar under the octopus mural and let the morning happen.
